Red Bluejay proudly presents…

Our services have all been created in-house through a multi-disciplinary approach and have been tested and improved together with key-partners. This means that if we offer you an experience, a training or a workshop, we will discuss with you how best to achieve the goal you have for your meeting or event.

For all of our services we have different angles, whether through the value chain or the type of challenge – we can tweak to your wishes quite easily. Our services are offered internationally in English, German and Dutch.

Co-Creation Game™

How do we get the maximum result from teamwork?

Co-Creation Game™

Where the Open Innovation Game™ is about organisations working together, the Co-Creation Game™ is specifically set up for individuals working together. Why do some people instantly work together and others don’t? Have your team experience where blocks can lie in a game setting and how to deal with them.

The Co-Creation Game™ is a workshop of half a day that offers multiple themes. The theme will be chosen based on the background of the team and the final goal.

Innovation Culture Workshop

As soon as an organisation has chosen to adopt an innovation strategy, there are many choices to be made. The Innovation Culture Workshop offers insight into the topics to be addressed: the wanted mindset, the behaviour, selecting the team members, the communication, the measurement and the reward-scheme.

All of these issues are crossroads that can either make the organisation successful in their strategy, or lead to failure.

HR-Instruments for Innovation

You plan for the wanted result and then implement the right steps

HR-Instruments for Innovation

The importance of the human factor in innovation is one of the main beliefs of the Red Bluejay Foundation. On an organisational level, business unit or team, the team members are the factor for success in innovation.

That means that any well embedded HR Department can offer the right instrumentation to support the innovation culture of the organisation. Red Bluejay has solid experience in dealing with these matters and will gladly share the available knowledge to your benefit.
